    We had two issues with Dr Drains which prevent us from recommending them to anyone.

    They didn't completely unblock the drain on the first visit and so we were charged for the use of the high-pressure water cutter a second time. This was not a trivial amount and should have been waived under the 'work guaranteed' (although we were happy enough to pay for the extra labour as to complete the job properly did take more time than anticipated).

    Now, one year later we received an invoice demanding payment for the work, even though our bank records show that we paid at the time. The staff member who phoned me regarding this bogus invoice asked me for my credit card details. This is quite possibly a scam! Do not get involved with Dr Drains and if you have to use them, demand written receipts at the time of payment and keep those receipts safe for the rest of your life. You may need them in court.

    Outstanding service, we had contacted a plumber but never showed then remembered we had a fridge magnet from Dr Drains (obtained at the Canberra Show last year) so rang and the lady who answered made a booking giving me a date and time to expect them and an estimated cost which turned out spot on. At exactly 8am a young man turned up (sorry your name has slipped from my old memory banks) on time assesed the two blocked drains and then went to work. Fourty minutes later all working perfectly. Very polite and very efficeint would have no problems recommending this company.
