    Having a mild fear of dentists makes finding a new dentist a little daunting so I hadn't bothered when I moved to the area. However, when I lost a filling the matter became urgent. I was able to get an appointment at short notice and the receptionist was professional and courteous. I appreciated the patient survey to determine how comfortable each patient is about visiting the dentist BEFORE you actually see the dentist. Dr Nitsopoulos really takes care of you. He is gentle, courteous and professional. I felt totally at ease. As the previous reviewer said, having HICAPS makes getting your health fund rebate instantaneous so you only have to pay the gap which is also welcome. I highly recommend this practice.

    Very good service. I appreciate that when my children have their visit the dentist gets down to their level and is very encouraging. They have HICAPS so getting your health insurance rebate is immediate.

    The thankyou card for referals was also a nice touch. My parent go there too now.
