Dr Gavin Sandercoe also currently holds a Visiting Medical Officer appointment at Liverpool Hospital. His work there encompasses reconstructive surgery for all parts of the body, with special interests in facial and breast reconstruction after trauma and cancer. 

Dr Sandercoe believes that dealing with reconstructive problems on a regular basis gives Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons the ability to solve difficult cosmetic problems, a skill that other specialties have not been trained in. 

Dr Sandercoe uses only fully qualified anaesthetists and operates only in fully accredited surgical facilities. He is accredited at:-
