    Unfortunately I never got the chance to meet Dr Bates. I did want to make an appointment to see him but the lady I spoke to who answered the phone was so rude to me I decided against it. She was purely horrible. So I went to another dentist.

    Dr Bates is a fantastic Dentist!!
    Before meeting him I had a horrific fear of all dental proceedures!
    My experiences have been painless and I now look forward to having my teeth seen too.
    Dr Bates has lovely administration staff as well - they great you with a smile and are very friendly. So if you're looking for a Dentist who provides 5 star service and doesn't charge like a wounded bull then Dr Bates is your best option!

      Unfortunately one of the reception ladies were so rude to me it made me not want to book in with the dentist. It's a shame because Mr Bates does sound like a good dentist but the lady I spoke to was horrible.
