    Dr Halpern is a kind and considerate Neurologist, which is hard to find (I have been to 5!). I have come to learn he is highly respected in the medical field and his patients value his warm and personal approach. I have seen him both as an inpatient at The SAN and in his consulting rooms. All in all, he is a genuine nice person and top notch Neurologist. His receptionists and office staff are also lovely, warm and helpful.
