    My wife went in there after recommendation from trusted doctors. Fully insured and obviously worried of the diagnosis. His clinic was packing everyone in like fast food restaurants. He was friendly and caring enough and promised to give my wife a call back once her MRI results returned. However 3 weeks passed and after a few reminder calls and long awaited patience, his staff did my wife a favor and slot her an appointment to ease her worry.

    The doctor upon seeing my wife was not happy and dismissed her with rude remarks within the first minute of consultation. She ran out of the clinic crying. I called and demanded to speak to him but constantly turned down. Not until I reinforced to report the matter to AMA that he finally spoke to me and apologized blaming everything on the staff.

    To be honest, He may be good at what he is doing but etiquette wise, poorly ranked.

    okay... VERY under staffed, and doesn't have any sort of good filing system where they record results!! good at doing his surgery i must say but once thats over.... they're not to motivated at fixing anything else past that and doesn't remember what they told you the time before because they didn't write it down

    Health care in general is unfortunately no different to other industries - under staffed with high demand from people expecting the best but if any industry should deliver on that its this one. Has 3 offices which staff keep full, runs from one to the next (at $165 a pop) prescribing predictable formulas regardless of your input if your lucky enough to deliver any. 6 visits - 6 one sentence conversations. No 2 injuries are the same.
