    A pleasure to deal with. I had a 25m pine that most companies couldn't handle. The first tree removalist bailed out after his first attempt and William and his lads came to the rescue and fixed up the complete disaster left by the first contractor. A very large tree with poor access, above neighbouring buildings, removed without damage or fuss, on time and for the price agreed on which was very fair considering the difficulty of site and job. Professional and reliable, rare these days.

    They couldn't have been more helpful. I had a tree fall on my roof and the whole team turned up in half an hour of me calling them. It was quickly removed and they even cleaned the saw dust of the neighbours cars after using the chipper.

    Extremley rude over the phone. I called to arrange a quote, he told me he does not service my area, I started speaking to say I would be willing to pay extra and he promptly hung up the phone when I was midsentence. Very unprofessional.

    not recommended - while knowledgable about trees, this company put their own personal preferences for tree-pruning ahead of listening to our wishes as their client and were repeatedly resistant to doing what was requested; took photographs of the tree pruning on property without permission; expensive.
