First: The food is subpar! Paying some $20 per meal, I expect something better than my wife cook of the same dishes at home !
Second: Waiting too long to get the beverages.
Third: The price is way too high.

Oh Dragon Boat. Three times I have eaten here, three times I have regretted it. In my opinion the food is average at best, the serving sizes are disappointing, and the prices are ridiculously high for what you get. To be fair though, the service is pleasantly fast. Despite its convenient location in the Knox Ozone, the place is always, always empty. But for me, the final nail in Dragon Boat's shoddily-built coffin was this: The staff appear to be amused when you ask for cutlery instead of chopsticks. I mean really, in this day and age! Don't go to Dragon Boat; join me in searching further afield for a restaurant after the movies.

Best chinese in knox city! The food is moderately priced and during lunchtime there is a choice between restaurant menu or lunch - yum cha. Good friendly service, quick and clean.

Dragon Boat is all about fast service, but a premium price. The chinese is nice, but the servings are small, you're normally waiting no longer than 10 minutes for a meal and there are plenty of tables, so you never feel rushed or anything, but the servings are pretty small, considering how much you pay per meal.

This is my favourite place to eat yum cha.I find the service quick and efficent.And most importantly I love the food.You don't have to choose yum cha they also have an extensive menu.And at lunch time there is a cheaper special's menu too.
