Dromana Hub Shopping Centre

Dromana is a growing precinct within the coastal part of Victoria. Situated 70km SE of Melbourne CBD. The property enjoys excellent exposure within the township as well as having prominence on Point Nepean Road.

The Dromana Hub Shopping Centre was constructed during 2000 and early 2001. The "old Ritchies site" was expanded and converted into the retail outlet of Sam's Warehouse discount store.
