    I started going to DMC over 20 years ago. Dr Munro is just fabulous, I trust him entirely with the health of my family. Definitely worth the extra travel after moving away from the area.

    I dont get sick all that often but this year the flu hit me like a tonne of bricks - I rang DMC and was able to get an appointment same day which really meant alot because I was feeling horrendous!! I found the receptionist both friendly and caring. Will definately be calling DMC next time i'm sick and think I will invest in the flu shot next year as added prevention!!!

    When moving to the area the reception staff at DMC were helpful in giving me and my partner all the necessary information regarding the policies and different doctors. I have seen both bulk billing and private billing doctors depending on availability. The doctors have always satisfied my needs during the consultations. The service I received from the private billing doctors, made it worth the bill (you get your medicare rebate on the spot too). Being a young female uni student, I would highly recommend Dr Low.The centre has a treatment room with nurses always available, and a pathology service which is convenient. We are happy with this practice and will continue to go back.

    The doctors are great, staff are lovely & it's got a great vibe. I particularly like Dr Kong & Dr Low - awesome docs! Some of the docs bulk bill but most don't - but then again not many dr's in this area bulk bill these days. My family & I have been coming here for 20 years & now I bring my little ones. They always look after us with appointments & if it's something urgent they always help us out. Thanks DMC!

    I have been going here for over 15 years but a couple years ago they rebuilt the surgery and took on more doctors and more clients.
    Now you cannot walk in, barely any of the doctors bulk bill and the quality of the doctors has gone down hill and the staff on the desk are exceptionally rude unsympathetic and unhelpful. the best doctors there are still there, if you can even get an appointment with them.

      I totally disagree. I have never found the staff rude - they're generally very helpful & friendly. I've never had a problem getting an appointment - then again I've never expected to get an appointment immediately... if it's urgent I tell them & they've always helped me out.

    Loved this pharmacy and their whole attitude - they weren't treating me like a number, they spent so much time with me discussing my medications and all the possible options. I left with a fantastic feeling that there are still professional pharmacists who, by the looks of it, love their work!

    Would definitely recommend.
