I like how I can walk in, and get a place to see a doctor without waiting too long, and not having to book in. This medical centre is very convenient as its local. Staff are friendly and so are some of the doctors. As last person posted, I agree.. Dr Kabir is the one to see!

Very convenient medical practice. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the doctors are generally quite good and thorough. Dr Kabir is terrific. Pathology service is very convenient. Staff are very nice to me, as I am very nice to them. Works both ways. :)

Stood in front of reception for about 2-3 minutes before 1 of the 4 staff members even acknowledged me.
One of the receptionists were on her personal mobile phone. However, I like this clinic because it is convenient.

First time patient was happy with the wait time but was very rushed through. I had 2 problems but was told I had to come back another time as they didn't have time! I don't think I'll be coming back here.

i go to this medical centre all the time now for my family, due to the care and the fact that the doctors are so thorough. waitng time is usually no longer than half an hour. i used to go to a carrum downs clinic to be charged $60 to wait an hour for in the end NOTHING, well, no more. Duff st Medical Clinic is the best clinic i`ve found so far

  I agree one of the best clinic in Cranbourne. They have great services. Pap smear clinic with Bonnie one of the best Uk nurses around. Doctors are so helpful. Opening 7days is great advantage also can't find any other centers open till 9pm daily. Thank u duff clinic

i agree with the first comment. I have been to the medical centre quite a few times and find no matter what time of day or which doctor i see they are generally running an hour behind. It is a bulk billing centre so i generally only go there for scripts or referals. It is very rushed once you are in with a doctor and they will only see you for one problem. They encourage you to come back as it means more money for them. It is definately not my prefered medical centre.

  Thats not true, usually it may take as normal 15-30 min to see a patient, and this means they are busy because they have the best doctors who know how to look after you. What do you expect if you just going for a script? Should they take an hour to consult you for that ?? You get what you whant !!!

  110% agree. This medical centre is always running behind. I have nevver been seen to a doctor within 30 minutes of my appointment. I have been told ok thank you goodbye even when i want advice on another issue apparently you need another appointment for that issue. I have never sat in the doctors examining room for more than 5 minutes. it is all rush rush in and out. I find I only got there if I cannot get into my regular gp or I just have a cold/flu something I dont need to much investigation for. I wouldnt recommend this medical centre.

  Go and see the new female doctor. Dr manjiri Nair. She was trained in UK. Amazing doctor. You won't regret it. I still believe what this clinic offers is amazing and now they have dental services as well.

  That only happens if one of the doctors is off sick. General waiting time 15 to 20 min max. They also always give u the option if u like to be seen by another doctor if your regular doctor is behind. Love the new dental service they now have. This clinic have it all under the one roof. Very hard to see all services in one place. Pap clinic. Asthma physio dental all that and we pay ZERO dollars bless them

I have been to this surgery 4 times recently and have found the doctor that we see has been very thorough. We have made appointments to see him and probably wait no more than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this surgery.

very commercial medical center, if we have 9:40 appointment we have to wait and wait they give not more then 5 min with doctore (we went to dr. who says not more than one problem for one visit, if you have knee pain and leg pain if have to visit twice) this is what the doctor is saying,
