    The guys are brilliant.

    We were taking the car to another mechanic. Initially they did a good job but then the car was not running as well as it should and we found Duncan and West.

    We took the car there and they found that the spark plugs did not appear to have been replaced for quite a while.

    Since we found Duncan and West they have kept our cars running brilliantly over the years. 18 months ago we bought an older Ford Laser off a friend. It started missing when idling and not running well. We took in into Chris and Mike and it behaved perfectly. We took it away and then the problem came back. After another visit these guys found the electronic device which looks after delivering spark was not functioning correctly. These misbehave when hot and 'die' very soon after. Ours was doing the opposite. However these guys persisted and the problem is resolved and the car it running very well again.

    I highly recommend the Duncan and West team.
