    The service I received from Paula at Dural Antiques is second to none. I found a ring I loved and Paula sent it off to get re-sized. She rang to say the jeweller was unable to re-size it and she advised me she was more than happy to give me my deposit back. I went back to get my deposit and fell in love with another ring. The warm & caring customer service I received means I will definately be a regular customer of Dural Antiques.

    This business is the real deal when it comes to antiques .
    Such a wonderful broad range from cute trio sets (my mismatched ensemble of cups and saucers has been collected over time from these guys and everyone loves "high tea" at our place with the special settings) - right through to serious and beautiful pieces of furniture. Paula's service was immaculate, I cannot recommend her highly enough - I LOVE MY EARRINGS . I had coveted them during one visit on a Sunday afternoon telling Paula how beautiful they were. She remembered my husband when he went back weeks later. He knew there was an item I loved but as usual could not remember exactly what it was - but Paula remembered and I got the BEST mothers day gift ever and a real suprise.
    Having been back we were able to pick up the PERFECT silver wedding anniversary gift and this is an business you can know and trust.
