    Won't ask for this company again.

    Pro: decent work, reasonable average labour and part costs.

    Con: this might be a minor thing for some people but it's a deal breaker for me. They have little effective communication. On the good side they had told me how much the part would cost before they installed it. On the bad, in chronological order,

    1, I had texted them to let me know when they had received a contact card I had sent to them through mobile. It was way past the scheduled appointment and they hadn't replied they didn't get the building management's contact, which was important as the management needed to open the gate for them.

    2, My tenant called me to say the staff weren't there yet. It was an hour past the scheduled time. I called them and they said they had told me in our conversation yesterday that they would be there some time past the scheduled time. Maybe i had heard the appointed time incorrectly. But surely it's not that hard to let me know a guess of when youll finish at your previous job or at least, when you're leaving for my place.

    3, Them and i had made it clear for them to confirm all repair work prior to doing as I'm the landlord. They had seen a fault and told me a part needed to be replaced and quoted me a price for it, and if I wanted they could go get the part and fix the aircon that day. They said they'd check the aircon first to make sure everything else is okay before they went to get the part. I repeated what they said for confirmation, that they would check with me before they bought any part. They called me an hour later to say everything has been fixed, it's up and running and required payment. I was surprised. There had been no calling to confirm buying of the part with me. I paid regardless for the end result.
