early image is in infact a great buisness.i was aked back there for a redo of the gender determination scan and it was confirmed I am having a boy.i also now understand that depending on how the baby is laying ect it can make it hard for anyone to say the sex.im pleased with the service and I will most defenantly be going back in ten weeks for 4d images and will also be telling friends and family in the future to use them also for ultrasounds 4d images ect,after all nothing beats seeing your baby and knowing that they are healthy,thanks guys and I do really apologise.
My husband and I went to Early Image a couple of weeks ago and were really disappointed with the service there. The person who attended us was polite but very pushy. We felt very rushed and obviously they had over booked the appointments as we were kept waiting for 30 minutes. The waiting room was full of the family and friends of the person being scanned and there were not enough seats. We were shunted from room to room like cattle. The staff doing our scan was really nice, though. the person kept coming into the room and looking over another person's shoulder - we found this very intrusive and unprofessional, especially as the person who attended is NOT a sonographer or doctor, just a salesperson.
When the scan was finished salesperson tried to push us into coming back for a scan at 28 weeks and sent us a follow up email the following day, urging us to book in, as well. It was too much!
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Will NOT be going back.
Our experience was terrible. We were very rushed through, our baby was in a bad position but we weren't given the opportunity to try to get him to move. The DVD is blurry and hard to make out, and the overly photoshopped images we were provided make our baby look like he has a facial deformity - WHICH HE DOES NOT HAVE - and the worst part, hands from a strangers baby have been photoshopped into our image (they are NOT on the dvd). Or 18 week regular ultrasound images are 1000% better quality than the promised "state of the art" ones from Early Image.
I emailed Early Image 3 times, and they have ignored every email. Obviously refusing to re-do our scan as promised on their website if the customer is not happy or to refund our money.
We are not nearly happy with our experience, and urge anyone thinking of going to Early Image to think again. Very overpriced and terrible results and service to match.
Your experience could not have been more different to ours. We were made to feel relaxed and welcomed We had the most wonderful experience at Early Image. From the moment we walked in the staff were helpful, warm and firedly. We only had to wait a couple of minutes before they were ready for us and the room we scanned in was just beautiful. Big comfy sofas, a huge wall mounted plasma and the bed was very comfortable. I was there with parents and grandparents and we all cried when we saw the little one. We got beautiful pictures and the girl that did the scan was great. She showed us what we were looking at and where everything was and reassured us that our baby was doing just great. When the scan was finished we were moved to a beautifully decorated playroom where we waited for our DVD. It arrived along with a Show Bag full of samples and special offers which I thought was a very nice touch.We think evey parent should see there baby this way the technology is amazing.
Reviews online are meant to encourage or deter potential customers, based on their own experience and be unbiased. If Early Image is getting bad reviews, there is obviously something wrong with your service so you should try and fix the problem.
