I provide a warm, nurturing counselling service, especially for Women - birthing plans, life transitions, at home help & support for expectant & new Mothers, menstrual health & wellbeing from the psycho-spiritual perspective, at-home care for the elderly (incl. housekeeping, assistance with personal care, companionship, counselling), tips for chem-free homes.  If you are unable to leave your home for care or help, I come to you.  Berowra, Roseville/Chatswood, Galston/Dural, Kariong/Gosford - and all areas in-between. Hourly or fixed longer-term rates apply.  Nurturing Women.
