Have just had a fab experince with these guys - great cars, great prices, great service. Booked online and then rang to ask some questions which were dealt with easily. Was picked up from airport in minutes and paperwork and vehicle pick was a breeze! Will def use again when in Melbourne. Thanks Guys.

Dont waste your precious time here. Extremely poor service and rude to boot. Arrived at Melbourne airport and waited 20 mins to be picked up and taken to a location about 10 min drive away. On arrival , was told i would be charged an extra $100 above internet quote because i was using a debit card , go figure. I refused to do this, other rental agencies do not do this, they may authorize an amount but it is not charged if th ecar is returned safely. Then the rude attendant said we had to pay $100 cancellation charge, which i argued was not the right thing to do as they had not honored their quote. The attendent refused to budge on this point. Then my husband and i - who were in melbourne too attend a funeral, were left stranded in the middle of nowhere, the attendant told us we had to find our own way back to the airport even though they had a courtesy bus taking other clients back to the airport at that time. we had to call a taxi. How bad is that. Then when we finally returned home, i noticed that the $100 cancellation charge had been already deducted from my account. Please dont go here and fall into the same trap thinking you are getting good deal. We will always use europcar from here on end, they are brilliant and gave us a better deal than east coast even on short desperat e notice.

A couple of points to note with this hirer
1. No unlimited kilometres if rented on daily rate, other hirers do!
2. Not at Melbourne airport, you have to be picked up by a shuttle bus, that was late picking me up!
3. Had to wait for car to be cleaned.
4. The only good part was the driver who returned me to the airport(dont know his name, but he had only been there a short time)
5. Stick with the big guys........

Best in the business. I think these words are enough to describe my experience about these guys. They have new cars with cheapest rate in the market. Best service, good reception and over all very very good experience...give them a try and believe it yourself.
