They made my car look band new! Unfortunately under the gloss of new paint was a car falling apart. I wish I could list all the things that have gone wrong with my car, it went back three times within weeks of picking up the car and they did not make me feel welcome either.

Well what can I say, I strongly disagree with the previous customer, these guys bend over backwards to get my vehicle ready same day so I can get on with my work, great, friendly and professional service. Thanks for recommending these guys John. I'll do the same to all my friends and family. :-)

  You may disagree, of course, but customer service is only worth anything if it is CONSISTENT. You can see from the unhappy customers commenting on here that it is clearly NOT consistent.

Stuffed us around twice when we went to pick car up ...... Would never , ever set foot in their car yard again !!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS ....

I've bought my car whiteout seeing it, when I got there my vehicle was as per the description, staff were very friendly and courteous. I will recommend their service to anyone. Thank you guys for your great service.

I have bought 2 cars from East Coast Commercials in the past and they have been very helpful throughout the whole purchase process and the after sales service i received when i needed to claim on there in house warranty was excellent. Never had any problems with them and would be more than happy to purchase any future vehicles from them

They are more than happy to bend over backwards to help you buy a vehicle, get finance, and really push their extended warranty... but when they time comes they look for any excuse or loophole to shaft you. No different from any shonky used car dealer out there... they just look shiny.
