    Fantastic food, well presented. Although a little akward when people that have booked the booth and they tell you to leave when you're finishing your meal. This has happened twice. A heads up from staff would be nice.

    Great food, great service, great atmosphere and best of all the entertainment!
    The Sex n Chocolate boys have got all the right moves!!
    We were lucky enough last night also to catch the fantastic Jabbawockeez dance crew, they were amazing!
    A memorable night had by all, a must visit for everyone!

    Had an awesome night at East last weekend! Food took a little while to come out as they were very busy however it was definitely worth the wait. Perfectly cooked steak which is hard to find these days. Ended up staying on for the late night action that included aerial acrobats! Great to see a venue offering something different on the Gold Coast. Danced till we couldn't dance any more. Cant wait to go back again!

    I celebrated my birthday with the girls recently at East. The food was great and reasonably priced, service was friendly and we were greeted by a good looking young gentleman on arrival which was a bonus!
    The restaurant transformed into a nightclub after dining but our waiter had explained this on arrival so we were not surprised when it occurred. He even got us a little table and stools right near the dance floor. Overall we had a great night and are looking to have another girls night there when Sex N Chocolate are performing!

    I went to East for Dinner last Thurday evening and was pleasently suprised to see the quality of service and food, especially when i thought i was just going to a nightclub for some drinks and a few nibbles.
    My hat is off to the staff at East, a great night had by all

    We had a fantastic time at East last Saturday night. We were seated at a booth with a great view of the entire floor.
    The food was delicious and very well priced. Big portion sizes too. I had the Soft Shell Crab which was to die for.
    Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, and could easily answer any questions we asked of her. After dinner, we ended up sticking around for afew drinks in the nightclub, which was equally impressive.
    All in all, I really enjoyed my evening at East and will be going back as soon as I can.

    Dreadful, went there for a hens night in February and was completely disappointed. The place is nothing like the images they have on their website. On the night the main live act didn't show up so the music was nothing more than loud "doof doof" nonsense. The food was average. The ambiance was aggressive there was a ratio of men to women 5 to 1. Only the bottom floor was open and the people were jammed into one room. We paid extra for a VIP booth which was nothing more than a view of the mosh pit (for want of a better word). Don't waste your time or money.

    They have recently changed the menu, it was better before. The female staff are very rude. However most of the wait staff are lovely. Be prepared to get the hurry up and be shuffled off though to make way for the dance floor.

    I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The restaurant called me several times (about 5) the night of my booking to confirm that I was coming. It was 8pm after my reservation which was supposed to be at 7pm. I answered my phone and was confronted with "it is 8 and you were supposed to be here at 7, where are you?" I replied "sorry who is this?" They went on to be rude about the fact that I didn't cancel my booking. Maybe it was because my sister had been in hosiptal for the past two weeks and I had more important things to concern myself with. They didn't even give me a chance to explain my situation not that I should have to. I hope they treat their real customers a little better because I will NEVER be booking again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

    This club is a one of the best food service and night club venues that I have been too. On the night I went my girlfriend we sat down for a meal first. Compliments to the chef from us both on the steak, it has been a long time since I have seen a perfect medium steak arrive on my plate after ordering one. The chef here absolutley knows his craft.
