    My experience with them is very negative, totally different from the previous reviewer.

    I went to see her as I have had a lump on my face. I came in, she didn't even have a closer look at my face to see what it is. She only looked at her computer screen and typed in a prescription with a cream for me, which I took the pharmacy (also in Eastgarden shopping centre). The pharmacist told me that I don't need a prescription for that cream. You can buy it over the counter. The pharmacist took me to the shelf to get it. So the prescription that was given to me was totally useless.

    I bought the cream, and applied it as said in the prescription. And guess what? My face become so swollen and itchy. Totally disaster!

    I tried to book another doctor at another medical centre nearby for my face. I got the apointment three weeks later. And this doctor is excellent. She spent time to examine my face, asked me all sort of questions to try to find the cause of it. Since it's not a simple and usual thing happened on the face. She sent me to the specialist to have some tests done. And now I will have some treatment, and hopefully the lump and the rash will go away very soon.

    I will never ever come to see them again, and will strongly recommend everyone to avoid seeing them.

    This is the medical practice of my choice for over 4 years. They are open 6 days a week, and they usually have many doctors on. My GP is Doctor Pandit. She's great and attentive, and she remembers the whole family. Other GPs there I have seen are Dr Rust, Dr Vergis and they are great too. And there is a Chinese Doctor there who speaks Cantonese/Mandarin but he doesn't take appointments and always has a long queue.
