James and his team did a wonderful job with getting my gutters fixed. We had a terrible storm which passed by some months ago, and it caused parts of my gutter to fall off the side. I'm not quite handy when it comes to maintaining the roof and I figured that we can do without having the roof fixed, but boy, were we wrong! The open part of the gutter caused leakage to our home, so after a few months of watching our "indoor waterfalls", we decided to just let the professionals handle it.
Best thing we ever spent our money on. Thank you, Paul, James and team!

I engaged Easy Fall Guttering to solve gutter leaking issues. I still had leaks after the new gutter was installed. I contacted them a number of times before I they got back to me. Finally someone was sent out to resolve the leaking isssues, I thought that was the purpose at least. However this went on for a few more times and each time the leaky areas were bogged with silicone. My gutters still leaked and I called some more. They said they would send someone out to look at it again. No one turned up. It got to the point where I was ignored. It may be an inivative idea but It is very very expensive compared to normal box guttering. I am no better off with the new guttering. It is not a worth while investment. I wouldn't recommend Easy Fall Guttering to anyone. Think twice.-

By operating this way - the vast majority of our customers are happy with the service. If there is a problem, we are happy to inspect a job and advise on the quality of the work, and we will assist customers by encouraging the installer to return & rectify the problem they are responsible for. Failing that, if the dispute was unresolved with the customer having to lodge a complaint with the NSW Department of Fair Trading, we would make ourselves available to act as a professional witness for that customer.3 days ago - 15/06/2013

I called Easy Fall Guttering back in 2012 and while the guttering has been installed, I have major leaking problems and had been unable to get anyone out to fix it for 6 months! When finally someone came, and that was after they called me for a courtesy call, they said they didn't have the right equipment and they would be back the next day, they did not arrive, 4 weeks later (probably more) one of the jobs was completed but my gutters leak worse than they did before we paid for new ones. I am incredibly disappointed with the service and product. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason. -

I called Easy Fall today to check the gutters they installed. Michael arrived on time and did some inspections. I just learned that I need a roofer to fix the shingles! But I was amazed with Mike's expertise and commitment to excellent service. All the things he did for me today (even most are out of scope) were free of charge. Now that's true customer care. -

For 20 years I have always been a busy person. I don't have time to clean my lawn or my home and have always hired people to do those things for me. I noticed 2 weeks ago water is leaking on my walls (only on my walls). A friend referred me to Easy Fall. Their expert Shaun found out that I already have gutter gardens and those are causing water to get in my home. I have him installed leaf guard. Within the day he's finished with cleaning the gutters and installation. He's such a professional! I love this company. They make my life even better! Kudos Shaun! -

I had a huge rusting problem after the heavy rains like a month ago and I needed to replace my gutters because water is already spilling inside my home. I had to call Easy Fall a month ago to have part of my gutter fix and I end up talking to Paul. After inspection he recommended to have my gutters change, I was hesitant at first because I am not ready for that kind of project, but he helped me understand its importance and help me work it within my budget. Easy Fall for me is highly recommended. They have just finished installing my leaf guard perfectly that I no longer need to clean the gutters that often, unlike before. I've inquired in other guttering services and they are either so expensive and their gutter guard designs are doubtful. Since it's currently raining, I can't help but share how good it feels to never worry about my gutters in this climate. It was March when I decided to have Paul and his team install gutter guard.
