Started Samson's patio's in 1984 after working as a carpenter and boilermaker. Being a family company it has diversified into many different fields, as well as Handyman & Building Services , we can do all property developments from architecture B.A.s and working drawings, to building the  new buildings . Elicia our graphic artist can even do the artwork for the sales brochures   Since1992,we have developed and constructed a total of 8 projects totaling 55 townhouses of our own. Our clients have ranged from mums and dads developing their own block to  property developers squeezing every last millimeter out of a site.
