    I found Edo Salon online because I was doing a fashion shoot in the area and was looking for a hair salon that did make up as well near by. I had no idea what to expect, all I had to go on were a few online reviews which sounded promising. Eldar did not disappoint! The salon was beautiful and the people even nicer! From the moment we walked in we knew that we had stumbled across a gem. Eldar did our model's hair in gorgeous curls with a beautiful soft braid across the front and her make up was flawless and so natural looking. We will definitely be going back for our future shoots! Thank you Eldar!!

    I travel for business regularly, and am prepared to wait weeks until I get back to Australia so I can have my hair cut by James! They are the only salon that does a consistently high quality job EVERY TIME.

    These guys are friendly, highly talented, very honest and DTE.

    I've now been going to Eldar at Edo Hair in Woolloomooloo for a few months. After having a regular hairstylist for many many years I decided it was time for a change. I asked quite a few of my friends if they could recommend anyone who they knew was good and Eldar at Edo Hair was mentioned by a few of them. When it comes to my hair I can be quite fussy so I have high expectations. Despite having high expectations Eldar seriously impressed me. He has such strong attention to detail and was able to style my hair in a new way which I loved. I had quite a few people comment on my hair including friends and even work colleagues who I cannot recall ever mentioning my hair in the past. I have now become a regular at Edo and have recommended Eldar to others. The salon itself is beautiful and you can see that it has Eldar's design aesthetic throughout it. It's very eclectic with a bohemian feel to it. In fact his new wallpaper feature inspired me to create a wallpaper feature in my bedroom! The other staff who work at Edo are also great. James is always a delight to deal with and should Eldar not be available I'd be more than happy to have him style my hair. I have seen many a satisfied customer leave Edo after having James style their hair. And I must say that the last time I went to Edo I had the most amazing head massage by one of their new staff (who unfortunately I cannot recall their name). So if you are looking for a new stylist/salon I highly recommend Edo Hair (and Eldar in particular)- you won't be disappointed!

    After purchasing an offer too good to refuse for a colour, treatment and blow-dry I headed down to the beautiful area of Woolloomooloo a little apprehensive - a hair dying virgin, if you will. From the moment I walked in to the beautiful salon (situated on the bottom level of a divine terrace) I was greeted warmly by a young apprentice, taken to comfortable chair with a full length mirror and a view to a divine outdoor area to be told that 'Eldar will join you soon'. What can I say about this man? To me, he is a hair God - I explained to him the desired look that I was going for and he absolutely nailed it. The amount of hair knowledge he has is unbelievable and from the first words he uttered I was at ease with my virgin locks. Not only does this man know hair, he knows his fashion - and we talked about it for hours, along with my occasional flick through the most fabulous and current gossip and fashion magazines that I'd seen in a salon rather than 6 month old OK! magazines. James, the other hair stylist with a fabulous British accent was also there and I would be comfortable with either of them doing my hair. I walked out with the most fabulous Victoria's Secret-esque colour and curls (I also had my hair styled) and had never been happier as a result of a trip to the hairdresser. I would recommend Eldar and EDO Hair to anyone and everyone.

      Totally agree! Edo Hair is the only place in Sydney for hair!!! I've known the Eldar the owner for too many years to comment (don't want to show our age)!!! Edo Hair run by Eldar and supported by James in the only salon in Sydney that you should visit for hair. The creativity that Eldar has for hair, fashion and life is spell-bounding, it is a natural talent that is not learnt but born into you, which it what makes Edo Hair the place it is. James is part of this amazing business and together they create amazing and beautiful hair and experiences... The service is divine, the energy is overflowing, the salon is the most creative and grand of all... If you need a new look or just want to feel special go to Edo Hair and ask for Eldar or James and tell them Gininsa sent you!!!!

    I have been getting my hair cut at Edo for years. The service is outstanding and Elda is hands down the best hairdresser I have ever been to!
