EJ removals were asked to move outside for collection by the council one ordinary lounge chair to make room for the recliner they delivered to assist an 80 year old lady.. Not to take away or tip two chairs.

They didn't call Back when they said, they told me that they could take a recliner Chair to my elderly mother when they were doing deliveries and out that way, chair was from Dural. They did not email me to allow me to pay, nor did they advise prices by return email, or in fact email back at all. What they did was a two hour return trip with nothing else on and asked an Elderly lady for $280, when she didn't have change they took $250 from her. When I called they said they have to pay the second guy for 4 hours regardless and they didn't have other deliveries, their price being $140 an hour.
Disorganize , unprofessional, and I feel overcharged.

From the initial call I made to this Removalist Company, I had the pleasure to organise and book my move with the lovely Evelynne. The removalists were diligent enough to ring me to let me know that they were on their way. They arrived on time. My furniture and personal belongings were packed in a very professional and sorted manner. Compared to other quotes that I had initially recieved, EJ Removals were very reasonable. The drivers were very courteous and friendly, moved my furniture quickly on a very hot day. I would highly recommend this removalist company if you want the old fashion customer service. Friendly and with a good attitude...

I have had dealings with this removalist on many occasions, i find them the best for quick reliable service, fantastic prices especially for back loads from ebay, and cheap boxes when needed. I consider myself very experienced at moving as i move alot with the defence and collect Antiques. Family business and you feel like part of the family when using there services, love them to bits, highly , highly recommend. Nothing ever seems to hard or difficult for these guys and trust me, i have tested them, lol.

We had a really good experience with these removalists. From pick-up to delivery, the staff were really friendly and just got stuck right in. Received everything in excellent condition. Great value for money, we'd highly recommend them.

These guys were fantastic. Their communication was great (calling ahead to say what time they would arrive), they just got stuck straight in and had us moved quickly. Would highly recommend them and use them again.

Moved 6 trucks of mum's antique furniture, worked until late in the evening, pleasant, kind and courteous. Even sat in the tucks for 2 hours while we had a minor legal moving dispute!

This company does not live up to its promises. Do they turn up on Monday as promised, NO. Do they turn up on Tuesday as promised NO. Do they turn up on Wednesday or Thursday or Friday as promised NO NO NO. My neice has lost several hundred dollars PLUS what has been paid because she is now in breach of her rental agreement. I suggest you do not pay until the work is done.
