After getting most of my invitation supplies from this place I needed more paper. I rang up and them took my order over the phone with my credit card and said they would post it out. 3 weeks later no paper so we called them back and they said they had sent it! Still no paper. We finally got a delivery: open it up and it's someones chair ribbons. We ran them and the ordered of the chair ribbons was suppose to go to someone else and there wedding was the following day!!! Terrible management!! do not recommend!!

  This is a bit unfair.You ordered paper and got it as promised.The additional paper you ordered was worth $8.00.It was accidentally packed with the gold sashes.The customer that was waiting for the sashes was not even aware that there was anything wrong.They got them before they expected.We then picked them up within an hour and I personally delivered your paper 2 days later. " Free of Charge" from Hallam to Wonthagi.And I did not even get a thank you.
