    Dirty , unwelcoming , cold penny pushing and they hound you for rent even before you wake up they have notes on your door the day before you need to pay. They wanted to know the day before if I was leaving and yelled at me from the front door to come and speak to them.One staff member sleeps on the front desk and was indifferent to me asking whether or not there was rooms available, there was but they said no until i probed them further to find out. They were rude and didnt want help me. When I complained about this the next day on the phone they told me that they wouldnt have any accomadation for me, because I was Australian but only days before letting in an australian girl I had seen about the hostel when I came to re check in again there are no ovens no handwashing sinks, no freezers.No soap in the bathroom dispenser
