Elixr Pilates is known for it's diciplined approach and purist methodologies. You can be assured that by training with Elixr, you'll be building the right foundations for you teaching career. 

We have Fundamentals, Matwork and Refromer classes commencing throughout the year.

Elixr Fundamentals course is the starting point of your Elixr Pilates journey. The course is a prerequisite and you must attend this before doing Matwork or Reformer. 
The Fundamentals course is a one day workshop that introduces students to the Elixr Pilates principles. It covers anatomy, posture and alignment, postural analysis and core strength and stability. 

Elixr Matwork course will provide you with a practical foundation for dynamic personal or group teaching. The course offers a breakdown of a wide variety of Mat exercises to gain an understanding of their biomechanics and focus.
The course will provide you with the tools to design programs and teach from beginner to intermediate levels.

The course includes:
â?¢ Programming with Mat exercises (individual and group)
â?¢ Effective cueing, correction and motivational techniques
â?¢ Teaching skills for individual and group

Elixr Reformer course will prepare you to teach an extensive range of Reformer exercises. The course covers the benefit, target muscles, precaution and modification of each exercise. Each exercise is analysed in detail to gain an understanding of its biomechanics and focus. Upon completion of the course, you will have the tools to design a program and teach from beginner to intermediate levels.
