Mobile Speech Pathology for Children - Paediatric Speech Pathologist

Elizabeth Stubbs is a Senior Paediatric Speech Pathologist with 15 years experience. Liz offers a mobile assessment and therapy service for children aged 0 - 16 in the Canada Bay area (and surrounding suburbs.)

School & Preschool-based services including -
* Assessment, intervention and programming for all paediartic speech and language needs including language, articulation, stuttering, voice & learning difficulties (both group & individual)

* Teacher training & inservicing programs

* Home-based individual assessment & intervention service

How does Liz work?
Liz sees children in their home, at school or both. This involves assessing and identifying the problem and offering regular therapy sessions. Sessions also involve interaction with the childâ??s parent, carer or teacher to ensure the child is given adequate opportunity to develop their skills in between therapy sessions.

Liz also assists teachers in the development of programs for children and strategies for the classroom. Liz also offers teacher workshops, inservices and parent information evenings on various topics within Speech Pathology.

CLD (Cultural and Linguistic Diversity) / NESB (Non-English Speaking Backgrounds) & school-age language impairment.
