    VERY VERY disappointed!! me and my 4 girlfriends went for our tan for a wedding, (we were in the bridal party) our hands and feet were so dark and our body did not even look like we had a tan for $49.00 it was WAY over priced, then the next day we went in to show the management and they did not even care. no remorse what so ever considering we told them more then once we were the bridal party for a wedding and they did not even offer any way to fix the problem, we asked for our money back and told us we do not refund, after 45 Min's of waiting for the staff to talk to the management they did offer a store credit but none of us live in NSW $49 wasted, we had to go to Price line and get temporary tan to darken our arms, legs, chest and back not to mention product to remove it from my hands and feet!!
    Also the salon is old and dated once you get past the nice white front area!!

    Disappointed. Although the frontage looks good, the rooms are worned. The massage was terrible, facial was hell as she put too much pressure & didnt say what it was she was putting on my face...I was on the edge instead of relaxing. To top it all..they kept sending SMS promo...rather annoying!.

    The service is good, but the surroundings are better at some of the other stores. The prices are still good and the staff are very friendly and skilled.

    Everyone loves a facial beauty treatment and at Ella Rouge Chatswood, the staff are lovely and the Oxygen facials are absolutely fantastic. A great way to treat yourself or your special someone.
