    I called the salon when i knew there was a sale on IPL, the Management quoted me special price on a package i was interested in and then informed me i was eligible to receive a complementary treatment as well. great I thought! so i paid over the phone and booked for my appointment ASAP, but when i walked in for my treatment i was told by the same management i was not entitled to the complementary service i was offered on the phone, I found this to be very UN professional and felt i was forced to pay over the phone by offering me free treatments, so i argued with them and I eventually received the free treatment i was promised, But if it was not for the lovely staff and me really wanting IPL i would of demanded my money back!! will never go back to Ella Rouge EVER EVER again!!
