    Walked in for the first time on the weekend and immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. Staff went above and beyond to assist me with appointments and products and didn't give me the usual 'sales pitch' that you would usually get from a salon. Very impressed and will definitely be back!

    First time i walked into this salon, there was a staff sitting and was on the computer didnt even notice that i was there after waiting ten mins the staff excused and apologized, that staff was very rude and with a rude accent staff said what do you want? being a nice customer with manners i asked for an eye brow wax so staff took me in and was very rough and not only that the staff took of half of my eye brow which i am growing back till now, was inexperienced and rude. i never went back.

      hi i think you have this salon mistaken with another one, as there is no body that works at the ella rouge top ryde salon who has an accent and only proffessional experienced therapist are employed at that salon, please make sure you have the correct salon before leaving negative comments. thank you.

    I was running an errand at Top Ryde City coming out of myer and noticed there was an ella rouge right in front of me, as my kids were at school i decided to drop in and check it out.
    The therapist that greeted me was very professional and had a wide range of knowledge and could answer all of my questions. I was asking about skin care and facials and possibly what body treatments they do there. I am now currently a very happy customer and regular client of this salon. The therpist educated me on my skin and put me on an amazing program of facials which was a huge saving for me! also started Endomolgie which is a body like a massage almost,but helps with reshaping the body..hows that for a make over!
    i would highly reccomend this salon the staff are great the salon itself is very clean, i almost feel like im a hotel when im there! They are very accomodating to your needs and as a busy working mum i dont have a lot of time but this place is worth booking out time for!

    This ella rouge salon is so beautiful. The salon is very clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. The staff there are very professional and so friendly. The rooms are beautifully designed and they have very spacious and relaxing treatment rooms. The thing I love most is that they actually care about me and dont recommend products I dont need which alot of places tend to do.
    I highly recommend this salon to everyone!
