Emads is a tiny hole in the wall, just off Bourke Street in Surry Hills that is run by a guy called Emad and one other male hairdresser. You can turn up without an appointment, you usually dont have to wait very long, if at all and you will always be greeted with a friendly and warm reception. Emads is a no fuss solution with all of the expertise of a normal hairdresser. A mens cut usually takes about 20 minutes and I always walk out happier than when I have had a cut from other hairdressers and have paid up to $70. A standard mens cut will set you back at $30 and you wont be sitting around for an hour. If you are really stretched for time you can always give them a call to organise an appointment and they will prioritise you. There is also 1 hour free parking if you enter where Woolworths is. I highly recommend you give them a try. -

Great find - here in the middle of Surry Hills is a men's hairdresser that is exceptional value for money yet with a careful eye to detail. Emad's ever the professional, as well as friendly and engaging, and is rapidly gaining a loyal following from what I can see. I've been 10 times now and intend to keep going. -

I can't belive there is a great mens hairdresser in Surry Hills who charges $25! Excellent walk in service and one of the best haircuts I've had this year for only 1/2 the price of regualr places in the area. Would definitely recommend! Cheers Patrick -
Emad is the sole hairdresser at this tight little shop and you can be sure to be greeted warmly with low waiting times! He knows how to style men's hair exceptionaly well and there is no booking required. Prices are more than reasonable, even for the struggling student. Great location and easy to find, I deffinately reccommend! -
