not a very nice experience. ordered through their website, paid everything got my receipt approved sent to my email then a rude staff calls me to tell me i need to to give her my credit card details to pay them another $20 because the website made a mistake and forgot to charge me shipping. I decided to cancel the order due to their rude tone and then they charges me a $10 fee for cancelling. I would of gladly paid the extra $20 for shipping if the staff wasnt rude. pretty upset I got charged $10 fee for cancelling.
