    Cathryn was very professional and friendly. She was very prompt and very knowledgeable when I asked her various questions as I know nothing about legal matters. The other people working in the office were also very friendly and respectful.

    However Cathryn did take a few weeks time off during the time I required her legal services and as she was my main point of contact, I wasnt advised that she was going to be going away, or who my contact would be in her absence. That being said, Cathryn managed and handled everything for me as a truely experienced professional, which is always the bottom line.
