Employ Youth is a not for profit company sponsored by the mining and construction sector  that works with a range of key stakeholders including levels of Government, Registered Training Organisations, Skills Councils, Vocational Education for Schools and Regional Housing Construction development  sectors to attract a future workforce and develop the current skills needs of the local construction and building industry.

Employ Youth has taken a new and innovative approach to creating jobs for disengaged and long term unemployed youth. We do this by sponsoring the young people though an intensive twelve week program of personal development and relevant industry basic training in building and construction industry skillsets. Bricklaying, paving, fencing and landscape gardening are just a few of the skills that the trainees are able to be trained in.

At the end of the twelve weeks of intensive training, all who have been successful in meeting the strict completion requirements and achieve competency will receive a statement of attainment. With Employ Youth Ltd, the further reward for their hard work is preferential placement with one of our teams in a secured job with our company in the landscaping and building support sector.
