Terrible.I have gone on and off over the last few years and have seen the decline in food and service. Each time i went it has gotten worse. It's finally enough is enough. it was horrible, horrible service. They were 15 minutes late to open the door. The food was disappointing and we had to remind the staff each time to bring out the course and remind them about drinks. (Not rushing them they actually forgot) and asked for the desert menu and it menu never came out. People actually walked out and you could hear people at other tables bagging service and food. You were good five years ago. Original enchiladas showed pride and this establishment. -
Love enchiladas. gotta be the best restaurant in brisbane. don't listen to the few negative comments on here. the food is second to none, comes out fast, the waiters are very attentive, and the portion sizes are quite large. I think the customers attitude has alot to do with how they are served. I fully recommend this restaurant and eat here every week. -
used to be regular diner here, and was super excited to dine again. i moved out of the area and was dining with their competition but was back and excited to come back.
upon first seating, the initial waiter was helpful and pointed out the nightly special.it was all down hill from here.. two of our starters came out fine - the other two - two simple bowls of salsa dip, we had to re-ask for after 20 minutes where we were told they forgot. when they finally came out, the salsa was the worst salsa ever. rather than a chunky tomato salsa, it tasted like cold tomato soup in a can.
here, we asked one of the staff if we could possibly swap the salsa for the cheese dip, where we were rudely answered with a firm NO. we said it tasted horrible, to which they then rudely responded "have you ever had salsa before? have you ever had mexican food before?" We then replied yes in fact, hence our dislike, and that we regularly dined at their opposition hence our complaint at the worst salsa in history - and woolworths $2 salsa would be better. we then re-asked if we could simply swap it for another dip instead. here they then snatched the plate of salsa dip away and stormed off.
after this, we decided to not worry about the mains and leave. we went to speak to the manager, offered to pay for our drinks and leave due to the poorest service we had ever received. whilst at the counter, the offending staff member followed us up, started speaking to the manager over their shoulder complaining about us right in front of our face. we paid for our drink, expressed our disappointment, and left to go to to the competition as we were walking out, the staff member rudely yelled out sarcastic comments.
an old frequent diner of the restaurant, i, nor anyone at my table, will ever return, all to the poor service of one rude staff member.
still in absolute shock at the fact that anyone in hospitality could behave like that!!!! -

Good,quick service. the northside's best Mexican food. Also, my jug of margaritas had a very generous portion of tequila in it!
