Only needing half the time of competitors ie. 1 hour with efficient steam cleaning machine giving best chance to get full bond back or sell your property for highest possible price; Can do all windows inside & out, sliding tracts, shower/bath, stove/oven all sparkling and hygienically clean guaranteed & if preferred no chemicals at all.  Excluding Carpet steam cleaning and because only 1 hour can charge less than competitors n.b. $150 average.

Or for regular clients requiring weekly or fortnightly usual domestic clean: all floors washed, bathroom/s/toilet/s sterilized, cupboards, all kitchen, all brs, dusting, ironing,  also for your extra convenience if you would like to be present & not have to give key only requiring half hour to do full house, excluding Windows, & Carpet (only vacuum & spot/stain cleaning with steam &/or chemical) - only $30 per clean.  Windows are approx. $10 each or $20 for large size, or $100 for whole house to height of double storey.  Also do upholstery, curtains & clothes steam freshening & spot stain removal included in regular clean.  For one-off cleans $45 if in Centenary area or $55 for further out.
