I was given a voucher to Endota Adelaide as a gift. I am 36 weeks pregnant. I had the "pregnancy pick me up" which included a foot spa, massage on a pregnancy bed (yay for being able to lie on my front!) and facial.
My experience is as per the following:
Booking - easy and I got the date and time I wanted without hassle
Greeting on arrival - great - they anticipated who I was and I felt very welcome. The ambiance of the venue was also clean, slick and presented beautifully and smelled lovely. I was taken down stairs to complete a questionnaire about myself and there were a number of teas and water to choose from. The decor was lovely.
My therapist was ALEX. He was absolutely wonderful on so many levels:
- His introduction he was professionally attired and an attractive warm person to meet
- He talked me through my spa treatment for the afternoon
- He made it all about ME which was so lovely
- The treatment did not feel rushed
- I had the most lovely massage and I requested a firm massage which I received to perfection.
- ALEX felt like the most wonderful person to have offered me this experience. He was warm and caring and thoughtful and extremely professional.
- My sensitive skin loved all the products chosen for me
Service excellence comes in so many forms. An example at Jurlique during my face mask, the therapist left the room for a full 10 minutes to give me relaxation time. I never asked for this and would have preferred a head massage during this time. During my face mask at Endota I enjoyed the most relaxing head massage from ALEX. This is indicative of only one example which put my experience well above anywhere else Ive experienced in Adelaide.
Following my session there was absolutely no hard push for sales. I felt very relieved and at-ease by this. As an alternative I was given a product menu of what had been selected for me that day for my treatment and it was up to me if I made a purchase. As a matter of fact I did! I felt far more likely to purchase since I felt no pressure to make my decision.
I am not new to day spa's around the world and as part of a pregnancy treat have been making my around the various spa's of Adelaide. This is by far the best experience Ive had in South Australia and that is due to ALEX. I found at Jurlique that the emphasis was on selling the product and at the Swiss Wellness Centre that the staff talked on and on about themselves - at Endota ALEX cared about me, my experience and offering a very professional and relaxing environment to enjoy my treatment.
I hope that he is well appreciated by his management for his professionalism.

I have been to Endota a few times, had a facial and a full body massage. They were wonderful. The ambience was perfect. I like the questionnaire before the treatment so they can find what aroma and music you like, and importantly, how much talking you want. I have bought gift vouchers and products from here also. Couldn't go here as often as I'd like, as it is slightly pricey. -

Have been to this Day Spa a few times and its been lovely. The Service was great. I did take my mom here one time with me as a mothers day gift and she enjoyed herself very much as well. too much that she wanted me to send her here for her b'day gift. hehe. When we went, she didn't want the facial which was included in the treatment I odered us both, and they were happy to do a last minute change and give her a longer massage which she loved. I would go back here again for some pampering every now and then. -

Gosh how much do I love Endota.
I have had countless massages, and several other treatments, and it is always a first rate experience.
The staff are lovely, and the surroundings immaculate. As a bonus, they have two remedial therapists, so you can claim your massages on your private health cover.

This is one of my favourite spas in Adelaide. The staff are really friendly but they have a great idea where they ask you whether you want to be talked to during the treatments - I said no because I'd rather relax but I think it's great that they ask. The producsts are also awesome and the atmosphere is very serene. Loved my treatment here!
