Recieved a voucher for a massage and paid for a facial to add to my treatment. Was asked to arrive 15 minute early complete forms etc, however salon was not even open. Once open I was left waiting - another customer who arrived after me was taken in for her treatment before me. Treatment room was freezing and I had to ask for additional blankets, which didn't really help as my body was exposed for my massage. Most annoying however was the hysterical laughter and loud conversation coming from the room next to me. Despite all this I was keen to purchase a product used during my treatment, only to be told that it was out of stock - with no offer to order it or call me once stock replenished.
