 The secret to a successful life is contained within the application of three simple steps, which are firstly study to gain knowledge, secondly to practice Insight meditation to invoke energy and thirdly to practice self observation in the market place of everyday life. Any person can do it who has sufficient motivation to learn and apply the natural or physics laws.
Ego energy is hard, brittle, hot and reactive. When the ego dominates this will lead to the crystallization of an individual's being. The creation of a resistance point or Sankhara is the point of maximum contraction. This is the natural consequence of an unbalanced psychic mental and emotional pattern. These ego resistance points stored in the body are hot and painful.
Resistance points can be so numerous and widely distributed that they will distort the alignment of your spine and cripple your body. Every degenerative disease has ego resistance patterns associated with it. By their very nature they are reactive in the way they influence and sabotage your life, which for most people is in an unconscious way. By comparison soul energy is cold resilient and flexible. Insight Meditation is the progressive bringing down of cooling soul energy, which will then neutralizes these resistance points.
Ego crystallization is poorly penetrated by over soul energy, which knows everything on all levels about your being. The discipline of insight meditation allows you to gradually dissolve the hard brittle nature of ego.
