My husband arranged a flower delivery with Enfield House of Flower on the Valentines day. By 5 pm, there was still no flowers delivered yet to my office. I called florist and she said that she passed it on to another florist to do it and now the best they can do is deliver by 5:30 pm or they can deliver to my house later. I leave work at 5 pm and by then, I was too disappointed and upset to receive any flowers. I want a refund because they don't deliver what they promised but they insist that they don't give refund. So at the end, they forced me to receive the flowers at my house. This is very bad service and I am very disappointed that the customer can't get the refund once they have received the money. MY ADVISE TO YOU IS DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY PROMISE, THEY DON'T DELIVER !!!!
