Business choice review
You couldnt ask for more from a training session or trainer than what you get from Michael and his Enliven Fitness training sessions. This is smart training that gets results!
Michael is passionate about health and fitness and this is reflected in the time and effort he dedicates to designing his training schedules and running his sessions. He knows all of his clients by name (despite the large numbers of them!) and caters to their individual needs and goals. His sessions are challenging but also thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding. I look forward to attending my group training sessions each week and miss them when I cant attend. Once you try it out you will understand why we all keep coming back for more!

    Enliven fitness is great if you are bored with your training/gym you need to come and meet Micheal and Kristy and try one of there group training sessions out, you won't be disappointed. i've been doing group classes for about 3 weeks now and i have decided i'm never stepping foot into a gym again. The classes are different everytime with a mixture of indoor and outdoor training and are challenging for any fitness level. i could right so much more but the website tells it all go check it out or give them a call.

    I joined Enliven Fitness 6 months ago and i'm so glad I did. I've gotten more out of these 6 months than 3 years of being a member of fitness first! (finally giving my gym mebership the flick was a great feeling too!) Michael and Kristy are great - each session is different and they have a holistic approach to fitness, nutiritian and health in general. Am seeing results and feeling more fit than I have in years!! Kepp up the great work guys!! :-)

    Michael and Kristy operate friendly, completely unpretentious group training sessions which have increased my fitness, muscle tone and flexibility in a measurable way over a relatively short period of time. Their holistic approach to fitness and well being, with a deep knowledge base is unsurpassed in my experience of personal trainers.

    Michael and Kristy are extraordinary humans. Genuine, sincere, knowledgable and inspirational mentors. The holistic approach they take to health and well-being is reflected in their practice and desire to inspire those that enter their world to join them in adapting a more considered and ethical lifestyle. The classes are challenging, interesting and effective. Michael and Kristy are aware of every individual in the class, and therefore train to the needs and wants of all. Whether you are a beginner or athlete, every class can be adapted to suit. I am very much the least fit atm, but with the support of Michael and Kristy, as well as the fellow trainers, I want to keep coming back because I know I am achieving results in a supportive and unpretentious environment.     What a refreshing change - an exercise regime I am actually enjoying!!! The group sessions are perfect for me, a real motivation with great instruction. The variety at each session keeps the routines interesting and challenging with a mix of indoor and outdoor activities. The other group members and the Enliven team are friendly, welcoming and encouraging - roll on my next session :)

    Dear Gym membership...........i will no longer be needing your services as i have found an amazing replacement who has changed my life.     Who would think I'd spring out of bed to make a 6am class? Training with Enliven for the last 4 weeks has reinvigorated my exercise routine. Workouts are very well organised with no down time and filled with challenges, no matter your fitness level. I love that Michael and Kristy are always watching to make sure your form is correct and you're pushing yourself to your limit. I leave each session tired, happy and filled with energy! Enliven has made me drop my gym membership, since I've finally found a place that gets results and is keeping me interested!

    If you had of told me a month ago I would be looking forward to group training sessions, even at 6am when I'm ready to exercise before the sun is up or at 6.30pm after a 12 hour day at work, I would have said you were mad. I have had personal training before, been a member of countless gyms and attended nearly every fitness class known to man and have not committed to any of them seriously. Enliven Fitness changed all of that as I know I have found people who aren't just 'going through the motions' of their chosen profession but really eat, live and breath it. The amount of thought that goes into each training session is phenomenal and I walk away each time knowing that I have truely worked out. I know that I have finally found my fitness calling and I thank Michael and Kristy for their passion and dedication to improving my life, and those of my fellow class members.

    I have been training with Enliven for 8 weeks now and can really feel the difference. The classes are always varied, new and exciting.     I'm almost at the end of my 4 weeks and I notice a difference in my fitness already! The classes are really fun and I dont find myself thinking of 100 reasons not to go, I really look forward to the training and I come away from each class feeling really good about what I've achieved. Michael and Kristy show you how to get the best out of yourself in the session without pushing you to a level you're not comfortable with! We will definitely be signing up for another course!!

    I am very impressed with Michael and the Enliven Fitness team and gym. The workouts are very worthwhile, and I have enjoyed those I've done. I find Michael and team very knowledgeable, approachable and with an excellent attitude towards individualised health needs. As well, they stock an outstanding limited range of absolute top-quality health foods that are very hard to obtain elsewhere. Not only is this stuff incredibly good, but it shows that this gym is a lot more than a business plan; it really is there to get you fit and healthy in a holistic way. This is not a massive chain operation, but a very personal and boutique outfit, which I strongly endorse.

    Very motivating and lots of fun and variety. The team varies the exercise dificulty and type according to individual and group needs. Great range of exercises employed including strength, flexibility, core stability, interval training. Training occurs in studio and outside in the nearby park and a good range of class times offered. Even after an initial four sessions I am already feeling more alive, energetic and fit so can't wait to see/feel results after 6 months. Thankyou Michael and Kristy.

    It's 6am, it''s dark, it's cold, possibly raining and the birds haven't starting chirping yet. What would possess me to stand shivering in Wentworth Park with a good half dozen others hopping from foot to foot and flapping arms about to try to get warm? Simple - Enliven Fitness. Five minutes into the session and all thoughts about the cold are gone. Ten minutes in and you're asking yourself how Michael has managed, yet again, to devise another challenging way to work those muscles you never knew you had. Half an hour later you're thinking 'When will this end?' and right about the time that it seems it never will, the beeper goes and it's job done, goal attained and you approach the rest of your day with a great sense of wellbeing and achievement.

    I've been going to Enliven for nearly twelve months now and the reason I keep going is because, first and foremost, Michael is an excellent and knowledgeable trainer and a great motivator without resorting to any of that crass drill sargeant behaviour (I will also add here that I started in late spring, early summer so that by the time the mornings were becoming dark and cold, my training sessions had become a habit and the ability to stay motivated and keep going was much easier). I also keep going because the sessions are always varied and I'm getting real and lasting results and my fitness levels have increased dramatically since I started. And finally, I keep going because there's a whole bunch of other people who do too and the vibe is always friendly, supportive and encouraging.

    Michael had a fantastic approach to health and fitness. I've tried a number of training groups and Enliven Fitness are the best by far. Many trainers plan their sessions when they turn up and have difficulty providing alternatives for different fitness levels.

    Michael from Enliven Fitness is the exception because he has everything planned out, organised with each session and makes you feel comfortable whatever your fitness level. I've done a lot of classes now and there is no two sessions that are the same. He keeps each class interesting and fun. He is a true professional and I recommend everyone try his classes to experience the difference.

    To be honest - I have been converted from a sceptic to a massive fan of outdoor group training! It is the ultimate way to get motivation to train hard & see results whilst learning new skills & meeting new people. Since starting at Enliven Fitness my outlook on exercise has changed greatly plus it is a privilege to have met & train with Michael as he is a true motivator & has been the best discovery I've made in a long time.     Very rewarding training experience. Each session is planned and catered towards different parts of the body, whether it is core strength or legs or upper body - or getting the heart rate going, you get the full body workout. Also, I felt completely at ease with my fitness level and didn't feel too pressured - but I know that as I get fitter the sessions are designed to be flexible enough to push me even further. There are super fit people getting just as much out of the sessions as beginners. You're not going to get this level of satisfaction by going to the gym. Highly recommended.

    Enliven fitness is a great alternative to the gym or training alone. I often find it hard to stay motivated and create interesting workouts for myself. These group training sessions are varied so you are always doing new exercises and don't get bored. The training is challenging and fun and catered to people of varying fitness levels. I would highly recommend these classes for anyone who is looking for a new way to workout and get fit!

    Just wanted to say a big thank you!!!



    As you know I had the 9km Bridge Run yesterday 18/9/11. Not only have I never run that distance before, but I also didnt have the chance to do any training in the lead up. I thought I would really struggle through it.

    Amazingly I finished the run in 50.51. Your training sessions are the only exercise I do each week so obviously they have a big impact on my fitness levels. I am still shocked at how well I did!! I feel very proud of myself. I think I have you to thank for this.

    Enliven Fitness is a great group fitness company. Michael is very helpful no matter what your level of fitness is. He tailors every exercise to suit your own needs and is generally fabulous! Normally I hate exercise but his classes are a lot of fun as well as a GREAT workout.

    Well worth your time and money - particularly great if you're tired of exercising in a stuffy gym and want some variety! Every class with Michael is different and he will personalise activities to help you achieve the best workout you can, and achieve your goals. Really refreshing and energising way to start your day - in the park!
