    I'm not really one for writing reviews but had such an amazing experience here this week that I felt compelled to do so. Before I had my children I was a hairdresser's dream with regular 6 weekly appointments (at least!), but 3 babies later I am now notorious for leaving it too long to cut my very long hair, and this time it had been a year since my last cut (badly needed doing!). I'm used to hairdressers "tut-tutting" when I admit this to them but encountered absolutely no such judgement at Entourage.

    I'd read reviews from others mentioning that the salon looks so gorgeous that you immediately assume it to be expensive (and for me that normally means 'with an attitude to match'!) but I felt welcomed and relaxed and important all at the same time, from the second I walked in the door. With none of the overly-familiar attitude that can often come with the "getting to know you" stage. Nothing intrusive, nothing nosy, just genuine friendliness.

    Major, MAJOR Brownie points to this salon for being one of the few I've experienced in 25+ years of hairdresser's visits (and almost exclusively the experience in other salons now) where you're not shuffled between an apprentice washing your hair (not that there's anything wrong with that as they have to learn somewhere..!) through to someone else who combs it through etc with the Senior Cutter whisking in for 5 minutes right at the end (almost like having a baby with the Ob/Gyn turning up for "the main event"!), and then being passed over to someone else yet again to blow-dry and finish everything off. Such an experience also always means you're left waiting in between each passing of the baton - often with a cold head! No such thing at Entourage - I was lucky enough to have the gorgeously friendly and personable Cat as my stylist and she took care of my hair from go to woe - washing, cutting, blowdrying. Lovely to chat to, honest, non-pretentious but still very professional, I've yet to have a better experience I have to say - I was delighted.

    Obviously, regardless of all the trimmings the most important thing is to get a good haircut and that was absolutely the case - Cat did an incredible job, cutting off only as much as was needed and giving me the most flattering style I've had in years. Plus she tamed any frizz! I went from the salon to the supermarket (such a glamorous life!) and - no word of a lie - had the checkout operator comment apropos of nothing that I had the most lovely hair (!!) - a first for me. I will definitely be back and encourage others to give this lovely business a try. A really special experience! Thank you, Entourage!

    We just recently moved into the area and found this salon through the local newspaper as recent award winners. My wife wanted to get her hair and nails done and wanted me to come along which i was not keen on doing but interested to see what the fuss was about this place. As soon as we entered the shop i instinctively thought everything would be very pricey but was pleasantly surprised to find myself paying much less than what i normally pay for my wifes hair treatment. The shop itself is very well presented and well located in the Norwest business area. The staff were very friendly and extremely accomodating to my wifes needs. I ended up having my haircut done by one of the girls there and will definately going back there as a regular client. Definately recommended to men out there looking for a decent haircut at a decent price!

    Before commencing treatments with Tara at Entourage, I had quite a bit of scarring around my chin, blemishes from old break outs, and my facial skin was really starting to look "old". I have now had 7 monthly facials using the Bioline Primaluce products and continued that treatment with the home products. The difference is remarkable. I expected to see my skin look a bit fresher from the facials, and I was very happy to have a nice relax - but I honestly thought that the only way the scaring and blemishes would change was to take cosmetic surgical steps. I was wrong. The Primaluce products have faded the blemishes, the redness across my cheeks have evened out. The scaring around my chin is not as dimpled and obvious and the colouration that made it noticeable before is gone. Unlike many of the seriously toxic products you see on the market. I know I am not pouring damaging chemicals into my skin - and they don't bleach my towels!! Like many women. I want the anti-aging, but I very much try to avoid using hard chmicals that being absorbed by my skin, will necessarily find their way into my body and mmay well have longer term harmful effects. I highly recommend these treatments and the home care products.. Thank you Tara

    I had a appoinment with this salon last saturday for the first time, as soon as a walked in I thought WOW this place is too expensive. Then i got greeted by a friendly welcome and was waited upon from this moment onwards, and to top it all my consultation was helpful and very reasonably priced. I felt very comfortable during my visit and by the time I left I felt like I was apart of this family. Definetly coming back. Thankyou girls!!
