Worst hair salon I have EVER BEEN. I would give it a rating 0/10. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service anywhere else in my life.
To cut the long story story. I will list the following issues which I've encountered:
1. They initially quoted me service for $50, then increased it to $60, after I've confirmed with them about THREE times that what I wanted was going to cost $60, in the end they tried to charge me $95 for it.
2. Theyve wasted most of my time making me wait while they were doing other customers hair. A cut of my extensions and trim of my real hair costed me TWO HOURS in the salon.
3. I had to put my own extensions on and off MYSELF and they refused to do it for me, as they explained, "its your own extensions"
4. Most of the time I was left sitting in my chair waiting and wondering what's going on.
After I refused to pay the price, the staff came up to me and started getting rude,
"What do you want? Are you going to pay?"
Ive provided you the service, now you need to pay!
Ive provided additional services, taking the extensions on and off (HUH!?? I did that myself....?)
They said the above things in an intimidating voice while pointing at me, got embarrassed in front of other customers. I stood my ground and tried to explain to them my perspective calmly but they repetitively cut me off while I was speaking. In the end they told me, just pay your $60 and get out of our store!
This is definitely the worst customer service I have ever received and I hope no one else would go through the same experience as me. This salon is highly unprofessional and did not fulfil their customer guarantee with due, care and skill. They had me leave the salon in tears. I will definitely escalate my complaint.
