Think twice - 3 hour wait and didn't see a Doctor
Left Emergency Department after waiting more than 3 hours on a Monday evening to see a Doctor - my daughter has either appendicitis or gastro. She had been sick for 3 days and unable to get appointment with local GP. Admission desk clerk said we would need to speak with triage nurse regarding likely wait time (this was after 2 hours of waiting). Triage nurse did not reappear. If this was a public hospital I would expect a wait time like this. However this is a private fee charging facility which is supposed to see patients relatively quickly. Not impressed.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting this hospital a few times last year. Accident prone. great service. High quality of hospital care. Recomended for that special touch.

  my experience wasn't as good as my husband had poor quality of care less than 24 hours of major heart surgery due to staff shortages......he was hocked up on morphine, sore feet due to no movement, no one bothered to order dinner due to not having a dedicated nurse?
