The staff answering the general inquiries number doesn't seem to know whats going on so just transfers your call anywhere.
Extremely rude person answering the phone in the car loan section (which I did not want to be transferred to), doesn't speak fluent English so when the staff can't understand you, just hangs up on you.
Plenty of other finance companies out there so Esanda "to bad, so sad"
