    Rockingham Escape Travel located within the Rocky Shopping Centre, are about the most dishonest agency I have ever experienced. Their lack of knowledge when booking a trip to KL was farsical. The Manager handled our booking. He had to be shown the booking system by a colleague. Booking an Air Asia flight cost us over $500 extra than if we bought on the internet. Accommodation booked turned out to be about the worst deal anyone could possibly get.

    When we tackled them over this, he said he made a mistake and refunded $500. Obviously had we not complained he would have received quite a hefty christmas bonus.

    We are now going to Consumer Affairs to report Escape Travel. Our local Ombudsman has now be contacted to investigate just how such a serious overcharge can occur.

    Older people who rely on Travel Agencies need to be warned.

    DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
