Bad bad bad!! Wanted to rate this establishment less than half a star, but couldn't. Went there for breakfast this morning and will not be returning. My bacon, eggs and toast were completely cold. The eggs were rubbery and tasted like old produce. My partners 'brekkie pizza' was ok, although compared to the same order from many other restaurants, below par. They used powdered scrambled eggs. What else needs to be said.

I could not rate this establishment in a positive light.The food was atrocious, fit only for the rubbish bin - very disappointing and costly experience. My salad looked as though it was leftover from the night before wilted lettuce and the quarter of tomato served to me had black spots all over it. The chips also tasted like they had been reheated from a previous dinner sitting. I ordered a schnitzel, well that's what I ordered paid for and was served - God only knows what I partially consumed.
We went there for lunch with a view to taking a large party out for an upcoming 40th wedding anniversary celebration, not likely we will take our business elsewhere. Pull up your socks management, don't rely on holiday customers that will only perhaps frequent your hotel once. Word of mouth is the best or worst form of advertising. I will surely tell friends about my experience.

The food was terrible!! I asked for a rare cooked steak and got a well done! My partner asked for a seafood plate with salt and pepper squid, garfish and prawns. The prawns were burnt, the garfish had more bones in it then salt in the salt shaker!!
I recommend not wasting your time and money there

Absolutely love the Brighton on the Esplanade, wether its for a snack in the cafe, or a quiet lunch watching the waves hit the shore, or a few drinks with friends after work. Can't beat the atmosphere at the Espy!

Great place to stop for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. The food and services is always excellent and never disappoints, also for all you dog lovers that don’t like to leave Rover at home they have a designated dog friendly area outside. Perfect for those hot summer days, you can sit inside or out but please be aware that the outside seating fills up quickly on hot days.
