i had to use them because the RACV referred me onto them. They were rude and couldn't care less about me or my car. Told me they needed my car for 5 days when a minor dint should have been fixed within 2 days. Then they told me they would call when ready to no avail. I had to follow it up myself and noone could give a stuff. Plenty of businesses around who provide great customer service and make you feel welcome.

The management is rude and obviously doesn't care about customers because they are all insurance jobs. They kept telling me different times of when my car was going to be ready! I have been without my car for almost 5 weeks and just needed a door and panel replaced!
They then proceeded to tell me that there was no guarantees i would get my car back on the date stated because they might smash it when they drive it out!! I am so angry! Beware of this company.
I had my car fixed here and the service was fantastic from start to finish, quick and cost effective I highly recommend Adrian and all the team. Would travel distance to use this service again and again!!
I called these guys for a quote on an insurance job and they were just not interested, they had a lazy phone manner and I felt like I was a nuisance and they would be doing me the favour by taking the job. They have no courtesy cars which is a massive black mark on any panel repair company. Suffice to say, ESR will not be receiving my business now or in the future. (they get the 1 star for answering the phone)
I had my car in there for repairs, promised the world and delivered an amateur job. The car was involved in a front on accident, the panels that were replaced were dented by them, some repairs were attempted on the guards but to a poor standard. When i took the car back to them I was told that they didnt look at the panels (BIG FAIL) even though the photos tell a different story. they must think cars repair them selves when no one is looking.
DO NOT take your car here, i have never experienced service like this and no one should have to go through this.
