After buying a new car a year ago, I gave my elderly mother my Toyota Corolla (2000). Unfortunately someone side swiped her car and RACV sent her to this place. She turned up as per an appointment, the guy barely looked at the car, did not take photos and advised her how much she will get for it. She advised she does not want money she wants it fixed, she liked my car and did not want to go through the process of trying to find a car just as good. He said heread more
i had to use them because the RACV referred me onto them. They were rude and couldn't care less about me or my car. Told me they needed my car for 5 days when a minor dint should have been fixed within 2 days. Then they told me they would call when ready to no avail. I had to follow it up myself and noone could give a stuff. Plenty of businesses around who provide great customer service and make you feel welcome.
