Happy to say that the issues I had at Essential Beauty were sorted out by the wonderful and professional Manager, Sheree. Couldn't be happier with the way she handled the issue I had previously experienced (see below). Have now finished my IPL treatments at the salon and am very happy with the outcome.

Have been going to this salon for IPL Scoopon treatments. On one occassion I was given the towel of the previous customer who had a treatment done in the room. The towel had gel all over it from her bikini line being done. On my last visit I was convinced to purchase another treatment outside of the Scoopon. I was told that I could put a deposit down and if I decided at a later date I didn't want the package, I could get a full refund. As a result I decided not to have the photo rejuvenation and asked for a refund. They now say they can't do refunds and I can put my $90 towards another treatment or get a voucher. I'm very unhappy as I was told I could get a full refund.

I had my piercing done at this salon last week and must say the girls at the salons are very professional, know their job and just awesome. I had my ear and nose piercing done at this beauty salon and I just love them.

Highly recommended salon. I look forward to visit them again.
